, ,About the Role:
India's music listeners are as diverse as the country itself. For instance, even Punjabi listenership is divided into cults of AP Dhillon and Gurdas Mann. We are looking for talented marketing folks who will sync up with the music editorial team, understand user segments and work with digital marketing channel managers to identify the right segment & craft the right communication across Push Notifications, Static Display and Motion Graphic Ads.
Requirements:-
1. Prior experience of working with a digital native brand
2. Strong understanding of principles of copywriting
3. Willingness to figure out the right audience micro-segments by working cross-functionally across editorial, content & analytics teams.
4. Prior experience in strategizing / setting-up drip campaigns like re-ordering, cross/up-selling, abandoned cart, reactivation etc on channels like push notifications, emails & SMS.
5. Ability to analyse campaign data in terms of CTRs and Conversion Rates to identify communication effectiveness.
6. A strong pulse on ongoing social media trends
Good to Have:-
1. Prior experience of CLM tools like moEngage, CleverTap, webEngage etc
2. Understanding of performance channels like Facebook Ads, Google Ads etc.
